Welcome to RePro DX, a product by LabAssist. By accessing or using RePro DX, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use our product or services.

• Definitions
  • LabAssist: The company providing RePro DX.
  • RePro DX: A subscription-based probe reprocessing management system for diagnostic laboratories.
  • User: Any individual or entity using RePro DX, including administrators, technicians, or other authorized personnel.
• Acceptance of Terms

  By subscribing to or using RePro DX, you agree to:

  • Use RePro DX only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
• User Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activity under their accounts.
  • Compliance: Users must ensure all data entered into RePro DX complies with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Restrictions: Users may not:
    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
    • Copy, distribute, or modify the product without prior written consent from LabAssist.
    • Use the system for any purpose other than probe reprocessing management within the licensed laboratory facilities.
• Subscription and Licensing
  • Licenses: Licenses are non-transferable and must be purchased for each center where RePro DX is deployed.
  • Renewals and Termination: Subscription renewal is required to maintain access. LabAssist reserves the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions for violations of these terms.
• System Availability

  LabAssist strives to maintain high system uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any downtime caused by maintenance, technical issues, or other factors.

• Intellectual Property
  • All content, software, and features of RePro DX, including its design, code, and associated documentation, are the intellectual property of LabAssist.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of RePro DX or any of its components is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
• Data Use and Security
  • Users must ensure all data entered into the system is accurate and complies with applicable regulations.
  • LabAssist implements robust security measures to protect user data but cannot guarantee absolute security against cyber threats.
• Limitation of Liability

  LabAssist is not responsible for:

  • Any damage or loss resulting from the improper use of RePro DX.
  • User errors, including incorrect data input or failure to comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of RePro DX.
• Modifications to Terms

  LabAssist reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the effective date clearly indicated. Continued use of RePro DX after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• Governing Law

  These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in accordance with Canadian law.
